Calm is my Superpower!

What are they saying

“Sara and her passion for giving back to the people who walk through her doors, as well as the community, is so apparent! Her commitment to service and enthusiasm is exceptional. I decided to give yoga a try because my stress level has increased, I was feeling muscle tension, headaches, etc. Coming to her class at the end of a busy day offers the relief I need to strengthen and relax my mind and body and keep the energy I need to give back to myself and my family. You’d be doing yourself such a service to give her class a try. I’m so glad I did!”
